From Chrysalis to Butterfly

What an exciting day in Room 3 today!! When we arrived at school today we were very excited to see our Chrysalides had turned black. As we continued to watch over the day, we saw all 6 emerge. At the end of the day we released 4 outside and watched them fly away. 

Thank you so much to Zion and Tania for bringing this amazing experience into our classroom. 

So Proud of Our Orsome Group!

This term our Orsome Group have been working hard on their entry for the Oderings School Garden Show. Their design had a coastal garden theme and the children worked hard planting, watering, painting and collecting at at beach (amongst many other things) to make their design come to life. 

 Thursday night was the grand opening of the show and everyone was blown away by the beauty of their garden! 

 Including the judges! They won a Gold award and the School's Choice award!!

 Wiremu, Riley and Dylan we are so proud of all your hard work and what you achieved. A big thank you to Sheryl, Lizzy and Sonya for working so hard to make it all come together! 

Can't wait for next year's entry.
